After all, it is no secret that stress burdens the heart and triggers too high a blood pressure. In addition, you move more if you decide, for example, to do without your car. Getting around by bike or public transport not only makes you fitter, it also makes you feel different about your surroundings. This promotes your well-being and therefore your physical health.

If you live minimalist, you will not find yourself in a situation where you accumulate debts or acquire something so big or expensive that you will have to pay it off for years. This way you always have a financial buffer with which you can also fulfill spontaneous dreams such as great experiences or are prepared for unplanned expenses such as repairs.

It's quite logical: if you get rid of unnecessary possessions, you suddenly have more space in the apartment. You can keep order easier again, clean everything faster and move around your four walls much more freely. This promotes your positive attitude to life and your creativity. The tidy cellar will also be clearly arranged so that you can access all items when you need them.
