Whither Thou Goest

This story revolves around The Earl of Saxham and his son Guy. The Earl was furious when Guy fell in love with a poor lady and declared his intention to marry her against the Earl's will. The Earl was intent on keeping the lovers apart, so he persuaded a powerful friend in the Foreign Office to secure an appointment for Guy in the Embassy in Madrid.
