Minimalism: More money, time, peace and love
Our world today is marked by consumption and we are confronted every day with advertising that suggests to us that material goods bring us happiness and satisfaction. It is about earning as much money as possible to live a life of material abundance. But this lifestyle is associated with a lot of stress, work and little time for the important things in life like friends and family. This raises the inevitable question: is it all worth it?
I want to bring you closer to a lifestyle that is the opposite of excessive consumption: minimalism. Minimalism will bring serenity, peace but also joy back into your life. Through this book, you will understand why it is time to turn your back on the consumer society and cultivate a minimalist lifestyle. Here I give you a detailed step-by-step guide for your very own individual way into a minimalist life. I will explain what minimalism is and what it brings you personally, how to start a minimalist life and what methods and tips will help you lead a long-term minimalist life.
Don't waste any more time and finally make time for the important things in life through a minimalist lifestyle!
Minimalism is a lifestyle that is very critical of all superfluous consumption. It is about leading a simple life that is limited to the important things in life. The consumption of unnecessary things is completely stopped. The purchase consists of the most necessary goods, which one needs to the life, completely without packing unimportant small things also into the basket. The renunciation of excessive consumption also reduces the social pressure to always have to keep up with the others when it comes to the latest technology or the best car, for example.
In this way, people can escape the pressures of everyday life and experience a completely new feeling of freedom. The goal is a self-determined life that triggers a feeling of fulfillment through renunciation. Minimalist people detach themselves from all superfluous possessions and goods they possess and limit their consumption as far as possible to the most necessary things in order to reflect more on themselves again.
There are minimalists who have only 100 things. An even more extreme form of minimalists are the so-called dropouts. They live almost entirely without consumption and return to nature in their daily lives. They start growing fruit and vegetables and live on their own products. Only the most essential things are purchased if there is no other way, such as exchanging or borrowing. But even if you don't choose one of the more extreme forms of minimalist lifestyle, minimalism can completely change your life.
